Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ferrow, a tool for writing posts once and publishing them to X and LinkedIn. Ferrow is operated by Papan Sarkar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”). By using Ferrow, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Access is currently by invitation only. We may accept or decline access requests at our discretion.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us promptly at dev.papan101@gmail.com if you think it has been compromised.

2. Connecting X and LinkedIn

• When you connect a platform, you authorise Ferrow to publish the posts you create, schedule or approve to that account on your behalf.
• You must follow each platform’s own rules, including the X Terms of Service and X Rules, and the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. Ferrow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or LinkedIn Corporation.
• You can disconnect a platform at any time in Ferrow or in that platform’s settings. Scheduled posts for a disconnected platform will not be published.

3. Your content

• You own the content you write. We claim no ownership of it.
• You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and send your content to the platforms you choose, solely to provide Ferrow to you. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already published to a platform.
• You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it. Once a post is published, it is governed by the platform it was published to, and deleting it from Ferrow does not remove it there.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Ferrow to:

• publish spam, or unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or infringing content;
• impersonate anyone, or publish to accounts you are not authorised to use;
• get around a platform’s limits, rules or enforcement actions;
• probe, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access it by automated means other than the supported Claude connector.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

5. Using Ferrow through Claude

If you connect Ferrow to Claude, actions Claude takes through the connector on your instructions, including creating, scheduling, publishing or cancelling posts, are treated as actions you took. Review what Claude proposes before confirming actions that publish or change posts. You can revoke Claude’s access at any time under Settings → Connected apps.

6. Availability and third-party services

Ferrow depends on services we do not control, including X, LinkedIn, and our hosting, database, scheduling and email providers. Their outages, rate limits, policy changes or API changes can delay or prevent publishing. We try to retry failed posts and show you clear errors, but we do not guarantee that any post will be published, or published at a particular time.

7. Fees

Ferrow is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged.

8. Disclaimer

Ferrow is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, reputation, data or opportunities, including losses caused by a post that was delayed, not published, or published in error. Our total liability for any claim relating to Ferrow is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Ferrow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering Ferrow with reasonable notice where practical. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after your access ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, without affecting any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use Ferrow after that means you accept the new terms.
